The noise was unbearable! Drunken teenagers blasting music till 1 a.m. kept my kids awake. Plus, the thin walls let me hear everything, and I couldn't reach anyone for help. What a frustrating experience for a family getaway!

Extremely comfy bed in king studio with multi-channel television, a dining area, and a seating area. Great-sized bathrooms with a walk-in shower. Fairly friendly and very pleasant staff in the whole hotel.

The room with alovely large bed was very good value for money. The location was magnificent and the beach was next to the hotel. Staff were fairly friendly, room was well-appointed.

Our two-bedroom loft had such a nice view overlooking the outdoor pool and the gardens. Quick check-in and friendly staff in the restaurant. Very close to the beach too, a bonus!

The hotel has marvellous and perfect location so close to the pub. And it's nestled in an amazing building short walk to local shops.

The hotel is old and very suitable for families and friends, it has a BBQ, swimming pools and lots of area for the kids to run in. It has a free washer and dryer as well.

The wifi does not go to the apartments, only to the lobby area and a bit of the pool. It is expensive sa well as inconvenient as a result.

My kids wished for a warmer pool for them to enjoy more comfortably.

the hotel was very clean we had a nice quiet room with the spa which was great.

i was a bit dissapointed thought a bit over priced looking forward to having a relaxing meal but never happened.

The broadwater resort wa tourism awards 2024 gold winner is a gem! Our one-bedroom apartment was spacious and clean, perfectly situated across from the pool. Staff were friendly, and the beer garden had a vibrant atmosphere with live music. Plus, it's just a short walk to the beautiful beach.

the location, the pool, the excellent villa room with lovely coartyard , the relax feel of the place. i did aqua aerobics on the monday morning and the ladies made me very welcome and chatty and asked for coffee I really enjoyed that, the late check out was great too thanks

Games room for the children as it was raining 3 days out of our 6 day stay. More games would have been excellent.

No everything was fine.

We stayed in a Three-Bedroom Villa, Tennis for 2 nights. The room was super comfy and clean, perfect for lounging after a day out. The indoor pool was a total hit with my daughter. We loved the ease of access. Only downside was that the place could use a bit of updating, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. Had a fantastic time!

The front counter staff were helpful and accommodated us with the extra night allowing us to stay in the same room.the location was good, as below the rest is not whining but hopefully constructive comments.

The towels were very small and thin, they should be changed dayly or replace them with a larger thicker towel. There wern't enough face washes in the unit for the number of guests, but I was given more the next morning when I asked for them. I couldn't find any directory of the resort ammenities in the room, or if there was access to the internet. There was a lack of visitor (tourist) information in the unit and at reception. The only brochure I found was the colourful brochure of the five businesses which the fauna park had closed it's doors.
